1. Who can use Kelory

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Kelory. By using it, you confirm you meet that requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.

2. Your account

• You’re responsible for the account you create and for keeping your login secure.
• You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly at support@kelory.in if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. What Kelory is — and is not

Kelory is a nutrition and fitness coaching tool. It gives estimates and guidance to help you understand your eating and habits.

• It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Macros, micronutrients, calorie burn, and body metrics are estimates, not clinical measurements.
• Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or health — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.

4. AI-generated content

Food identification and coaching are produced with the help of AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgement; don’t rely on any single output as fact. You’re responsible for decisions you make based on the app.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Kelory for anything unlawful, or to harm or harass others.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service.
• Upload content you don’t have the right to share, or that is abusive or illegal.
• Misrepresent yourself or interfere with other users.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you log (photos, notes, meals, and so on). You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content — including via the third-party AI providers described in our Privacy Policy — solely to provide and improve the service to you. If you share a recipe to the community feed, you allow other users to view and log from it.

7. Our content

The Kelory name, app, design, and content are owned by [Legal Entity Name] and protected by law. These terms don’t give you any right to use our branding without written permission.

8. Subscriptions, billing & sales

Kelory does not currently charge for use, and no paid plans are live yet. If and when we introduce paid features or subscriptions, we will show the price and specific billing terms clearly before you pay, and those terms will form part of this agreement. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell a paid plan today.

9. Availability & changes

We’re actively building Kelory and may add, change, or remove features, or pause the service for maintenance. We may also update these terms; we’ll update the date above and, for material changes, give notice in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

10. Termination

You can stop using Kelory at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at support@kelory.in. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Kelory is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Legal Entity Name] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on estimates or AI-generated guidance in the app.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [City, India] will have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory law where you live says otherwise.
